Another video blog for you today and this time I talk about awareness and why it is THE key ingredient to defeating anxiety (and changing your life in general). And never forget – anxiety CAN be defeated!
Could not agree more Tim. Sometimes we don’t realise what we are doing and how we are thinking and acting till we take a step back – can’t see the wood for the trees. Loving the videos!
So true! And you’re right, things are so much better today when it comes to mental health. A long way to go but people need to realise at least we are talking about and you can go to a doctor or get help in other ways.
Exactly, there’s plenty of stuff out there from private practitioners, individuals who have overcome anxiety or depression themselves and so-called “alternative” medicine (which shouldn’t be alternative, it should be mainstream).
Hey Tim,
Another great video, really just what I needed to hear today. Sometimes you can feel like there is no way out but listening to someone who actually has been there and got through it (which is so obvious from seeing how confident you appear) is really helpful.
I have spent alot of time chatting with people with anxiety online and to be honest it can be avery negative environment. I don’t think it always helps. So it’s nice to get your positive message. I think this is what people with anxiety really need to be listening to.
I’m so glad you said this because it’s a key message I’m trying to get out there; people struggling with mental health need to listen to those who have overcome anxiety – not just other people still struggling with it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment 🙂
